 Terms: All payments are in U.S funds and due upon ordering of content. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, company checks and bank wire transfers. Please contact us directly for bank wire information. Price quotes generally are good for 90 days unless otherwise stipulated in a written quote or agreement.
No work can proceed on any order until the appropriate payment or deposit has been received. Payments made by company check and or bank wire transfer will proceed once the check or wire has cleared our bank. Should any amount remain outstanding after the due date, interest shall be due on that amount from the initial billing date at the rate of one percent (1%) per month (12% per annum) and will accrue daily. In addition, you agree to pay any and all costs, fees, charges, or expenses (including without limitation all reasonable legal fees and litigation/arbitration fees and costs) incurred in recovering any amounts owed to Trivia Company (WMSI) by you.
