When your purchase a "Full Usage License" to use our content you are agreeing to the following:

CONTENT LICENSE AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

1. WMSI (Trivia Company) hereby grants to Licensee a  non-exclusive license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, license, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or publicly exhibit, display, perform or digitally perform the Trivia Questions in connection with the Licensee's Service and Games (the "Trivia License").
2. Company Proprietary Rights. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, except for the Trivia License, WMSI owns and shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Trivia Questions, including, without limitation, all copies thereof and other intellectual property rights inherent therein and appurtenant thereto.

 

No Exclusivity. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant Licensee any exclusive rights and either party may contract, without restrictions, with other persons or entities for the sale of products and/or services similar to or exactly like the products and/or services provided by Licensor hereunder.

Licensee may distribute the Trivia Questions on Licensee's Service and Games, as determined in the sole and exclusive discretion of Licensee subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that they may NOT redistribute or resell the Trivia Questions as stand-alone content separate from Licensee owned game(s) and or services to any and all third parties.
