Trivia Database sells and licenses trivia content from its 300,000+ trivia question database. All purchases of content are covered by our Standard International Full Use License, unless agreed to in a separate agreement.

Standard International Full Use License and Proprietary Rights:
a)    WMSI (Trivia Company) hereby grants to licensee a perpetual license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, license, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or publicly exhibit, display, perform or digitally perform the Trivia Questions in connection with the licensee's  Service and Games.

b)   Company Proprietary Rights. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, except for the Trivia License, WMSI (Trivia Company) owns and shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Trivia Questions, including, without limitation, all copies thereof and other intellectual property rights inherent therein and appurtenant thereto.

c)  No Exclusivity.   It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant Licensee any exclusive rights and either party may contract, without restrictions, with other persons or entities for the sale of products and/or services similar to or exactly like the products and/or services provided by Licensor hereunder.

d) Licensee  may distribute the Trivia Questions on  Licensee owned Service and Games, as determined in the sole and exclusive discretion of Licensee subject to the terms and conditions of this license agreement.   Licensee acknowledges and agrees that they may not redistribute or resell the Trivia Questions as stand-alone content separate from Licensee owned game(s) and or services to any and all third parties.

Terms for Purchase: All payments are in US funds and due upon ordering of content (prior to delivery). We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, company checks and bank wire transfers. Please contact us directly for bank wire information. Price quotes generally are good for 90 days unless otherwise stipulated in a written quote or agreement.

No work can proceed on any order until the appropriate payment or deposit has been received. Payments made by company check and or bank wire transfer will proceed once the check or wire has cleared our bank. Should any amount remain outstanding after the due date, interest shall be due on that amount from the initial billing date at the rate of one percent (1%) per month (12% per annum) and will accrue daily. In addition, you agree to pay any and all costs, fees, charges, or expenses (including without limitation all reasonable legal fees and litigation/arbitration fees and costs) incurred in recovering any amounts owed to Trivia Company (WMSI) by you.
