TWO WAYS TO LICENSE OUR FACTOIDS:

1)      FULL-USE RESTRICTED LICENSE: For use in a device or system (web, handheld, video game console, SMS, board game, books, dvds, cds) where the content will be reprinted or reproduced and used over and over again.

2)      LIMITED-USE RESTRICTED LICENSE: For live events where the content will be used for a single type performance (quiz bowl, trivia night) we offer our "Performance - Lifetime Usage" Licence.

NOTE ON LICENSING: All licensing of factoids from Trivia Company is Non-Exclusive (unless stipulated in agreement). You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, give away or sublicense the factoid content as stand alone factoid content.

All orders must be placed over the phone and then can be paid for using our Secure Online Credit Card Order Form. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Company Check or Wire Transfer. US Funds Only. Delivery is after receipt of order and payment, we send questions in an excel file via email, timing for delivery is based on quantity and categories selected.
